How much to repair a deep scratch on my roof

went to vauxhall to ask if they could sort out a deep scratch down to primer by the aerial on my roof its about 3cm long the quote was

£521.50 labour
£235.52 paint

£896.53 total

i could get full respray for not much more no wonder you call them stealers on here

yep, cheap they ain't...

get a quote from 'chipsaway' and the smart repair will be invisible.. should be around £90 iirc..

Get the Yellow Pages out and look up a Smart Repairer in your area..

how much paint are they going put on the roof i would have thought £235 worth would do a whole car also noticed something called a car care kit £23.59 i went back to evans halshaw as i just bought it on friday thought they do it cheaper as i new customer never going back

TBH, if the job was given to my mate the painter, it'd be around £120 to paint the entire roof.....so they are really taking the P....

car care kit.. seat cover and floor mat..

my car went in today to get an 18" scratch from a key out of the bonnet, was told it wouldn't be any more than £150 to respray the whole bonnet.
I think you should look at an independant body-shop mate
