Well my faith in the human race has been restored
Stopped yesterday morning to refuel and walking back to my car noticed this

I ca'nt post on this forum what I shouted but everyone(even those paying in the shop) heard me. The wife had used my car that morning to drop my girl off at playgroup so naturally I phoned her up and started accusing her(which she denied all knowledge). I was pretty hacked off. I stopped later on to have a better look and it looks like it's been done by another vehicles door moulds,how could they not leave a note or something!!! I got home and a few hours later my neighbour knocks on the door looking a bit scared. "I'm really sorry" she said "but I scraped your new car thismorning and want to pay for the damage" I told her I'd get some compound(t-cut) on it first and then have a look at what damage is left. Gave it a good rubbing today and it has all come off Not a mark left and you'd never know anything was there It was all her door mould plastic sitting on top of my paint. But still nice to know people can own up to their mistakes,as I'm sure most people would have driven off and said nothing.

It's amazing how tough paint can be. That was a very lucky escape, could have been a nasty bill for her or even worse a bill for you!
