    Default How do I??????

    Have the headlight bulbs.......
Now how on earth do I change them - I have the 06 facelift Signum and there doesn't appear to be enough space for me to squeeze my sausage like fingers in behind the lamp unit!

Any clues would be a great help

    Andrew

PS - is it raining heavily everywhere else?

I changed mine, it takes about 30mins a side, the loss of several layers of skin on both hands and forearms, and an interesting and varied volcabulary, best not heard by the neighbours kids.

So if anyone knows how to do it without all that then I'm all ears,..
    or eyes I suppose!

It's not raining here, it's RAINING...and the wind is about 60MPH, although we are due winds of 90MPH...I wonder what I will be doing tomorrow?!

Is there anything that can be removed to aid my entry - such as the washer filler and the likes - remember my old focus was a pain in the ar*e. had to take all sorts out to access the cover for the lamp unit.

Think the battery may hinder my progress to - altho I will just whip that out - if it stops ****** raining!

Bud, you're not going to like this, but this is the easiest way of doing it......

Bumper off, headlights out, it'll take you an hour or so to do.

Cheers, I take it that part of it is screwed through the wheel arch liner then? Basicall, If its attached to the front bumber, and its a screw or bolt, then undo it eh?

Yeah....you don't actually need to take off the whole bumper if you don't want to though.

If you undo the 2 screws in each wheel arch, and the 4 along the front of the bumper, you can just tip it forward enough to get at the headlights.

    Hi there.
On my 06 Vectra i changed both sides for a month ago or something, took approx 15 minutes per side. On the left side, the washer-filler can be taken out, and that generates enough space to replace the headlightbulb.
    On the right-side, I removed the airfilter-box.
    Good luck.

    RJ
