Default How do I wire in the rear tweeters?

    Hi all,

Have had the rear tweeters lying about for a few months. Have now decided to fit them. So who can tell me where I attach the wires?

    Thanks

Me. I did it on the old SRi.

    Remove door cards.

    Remove main speaker.

Look at the plug, you'll see it actually opens.

Strip new wires and feed into plug.

    Snap plug shut.

Crimp baby terminals on the other end of the wire.

    Plug those into the tweeters.

    Reassemble.

Once door cards are off, it's a 15 minute job per side.

Thats great, thanks for the info. Will have a look at the weekend. Not being into ICE I did not know they connected to the speakers like that. I assume that there is a plus and minus to match up but that should be easy to work out. Thanks again

    Piece of pi$$.

Connect them, if it doesn't sound quite right, swap them around.

While you go to the effort of taking the door cards off put why not up-rate them?
