I record it and watch it from the beginning , when the " live " show is 30 minutes in , so i can fast forward the advertisements .

and fast forward some of the singing and waffle in between too .

Hate the show, tried watching 10 mins earlier and I just cringe, it's all ropey vocals and sob stories, with the drama of "celebs" arguing...

Headphones and YouTube get me through it while missus watches it...
