We are talking up to 50 bhp less power. It is no more powerful than the 120 bhp.

if you aint happy and they have tried to repair it then get them to replace it, i take it it has all been documented and you bought it from new? It isnt always the dealers fault.... they dont make them, but if they cant rectify the faults and it isfairly new then you should have the right to reject it.

I appreciate that you had a hell of a time, but to be fair I've bought two cars from T Wall in the last couple of years and been happy with them.

The first, an Astra (three years ago) had zero faults, the second a Zafira (this year) had a couple of minor issues and was sorted without any fuss at all.

My family have also had good experiences with T Wall over many years.

I bought this Vectra from Halesowen Motor House (another dealer in the same group) and all the minor problems were sorted quickly without any issues. OTOH, they delivered the car to me with the engine management light on even though they agreed to sort it out after the test drive...

Not saying you're wrong Chris, just trying to balance it out with my experiences...

I didn't have a car as bad as yours though!!

So has my brother- 5 cars, neighbours 3 cars and myself, one previous new car.

It's a sure fire way to test customer service when something like this happens.
