    Default my dodgy exhaust

    As you may be aware i had my twin backboxes fitted badle by some cowbows in livingston. got this re done by a good place today who fitted a proper y piece and new pipework. but heres a couple of pics of the old 'y piece' that was done.




    totally shabby and all i can say is if you are in scotland. avoid
    TUNING ZONE SCOTLAND
    HOUSTON INDUSTRIAL ESTATE
    LIVINGSTON

    AND PASS THE WORD

    yep i have zero mechanical or diy ability and reckon i could have welded it better than that. looks better now though. just need some new rubber mounts to get it to sit a touch higher and it will look like standard. at least they are fitted evenly now and all the bits are properly made with proper y section.

    How on earth did they think they could get away with that. Anyone who has any pride in their work would never have been happy with that welding. At least it has all been fixed now and good on you for naming and shaming them.

    hi ya graeme it must a been the apprentice practising his welding at a lunch time. my wee 5 year old good have done a better job great here you got it fixed m8

    ..almost as shabby as the photos lol! *joke*

    Glad its sorted. I'm still waiting for a 'major manufacturer' apart from powerflow to start producing backboxes/systems for the Vec C.

    Can't find any...
