as I recall from this years Irmscher trip, I spent a bit of time apparently travelling across fields according to the CD70. It's got the major roads on but that's it. It is definately not good enough for the Irmscher trip on it's own. I had my Tomtom with me too and I'm very glad I did.

As above, Major roads only. I use a Tom Tom 1 Euro when I go over the water.

I got a letter from Navteq today funny enough, Untill 31st Dec they have reduced the price of the updated discs

Option 1 Any regional area £76 as opposed to £104, Ie France, Spain Etc £76each

Option 2 Full european map pack £181 as opposed to around £249

Option 3 Any regional area (as option 1) with the addition of a VDO Dayton PN1000 PND sat nav £251

Option 4 Full european map pack with the addition od a VDO Dayton PN1000 PND sat nav £293.

If you goto their site these prices are on there.. If you go for the european map pack its a saving of over £60..
