dont think any air con wil go below 17 as it cant cool it any further, well none of the ones i have ever used will do, not just car ones
cheers simon just was not sure.
no worries, i may not be 100% correct but im sure they is a min temp they can do or one where past a certain point it is un economical to cool further so that may be why. need some scientist here
I think it means it stops acting as CC and starts working as AC and just tries to cool and not maintain a temperature.
yep my old golf that had dual zone CC did the same. turn to 17 degs then one more click down and the display would just say low and the CC turns off and the car works like standard aircon. I do miss the CC though. Its fun getting in the car when the weather warms up and hear the aircon kick in by itself.
it says LO cos thats the lowest setting you can go to, same as when you go the other end you will get HI as the highest setting
cheers fella's question well answered
From the manual......
If a temperature below 16 °C is set, Lo
appears in the display: the electronic air
conditioning system runs constantly at
maximum cooling power. The temperature
is not regulated.
If a temperature above 28 °C is set, Hi
appears in the display: the electronic air
conditioning system runs constantly at
maximum heating
