For others and future reference there are some obvious clues to a haircut car
1 - Steering Wheel - Look for wear in the leather or shining on plastic ones
2 - Pedals - If the rubbers have half the rubber missing this is a sure sign it's done 50k +
3 - Tyres - If it's under 50k the rears should still be originals on FWD cars
4 - Outer Edge of the drivers seat, will show some sort of fading or wear
5 - Rear Suspension, on low mileage cars still should look newish
6 - Stalks - look for build up of dirt, use thumbnail and if it's built up it will come away like a waxy residue.
