Come on, whats it really worth?

Just been to the dealers to have a look at a sport hatch astra with a view to px mine. I know what the vauxhall site say for top money - £6600, below average = £5200ish. Now mine is a 2003 3.0v6 cdti, FVSH and 52k on the clock. What do you think they offered me in PX?

Mine said £15,600 top dollar on the vx site, and they offered me the lowest of all dealers for it, knocking over 3k off the book price on their site, so I would guess 4k as well ....

Was it a new sporthatch BTW, because I was also offered a huuuuge discount on an astra, so this could be built into the offer, remember cost to change is the important figure ... I was offered a 20k astra for 17 ..

Its a used one up for £11496 or something like that. I didn't enter into the negoation stage as I haven't got a settlement figure for mine yet. I doubt they would drop more that £500-£700 on the screen price.....
