BTW its for a CDTi 150 got no documentation with it
Ok so you have the 150 engine i see. The black engine cover. Hold it left and right and it will pull up with a bit of force. It's held down with 4 rubber plugs 1 on each corner.
You now have the engine cover off. Beside the oil filler you will see the common rail plug.
Unplug it and connect you tuning box the same as in the picture.
I put a tie rap around the box to hold it.
Replace the cover makeing sure all 4 rubbers are their. Close the bonnet and go out for a good drive and hammer it.

any known probs ...I've just had my swirl flaps done caus of sooting up apparently ..wont the caterman do the same in the manifold ??
I've had mine on the car for 10k miles now since Jan and had no problems.
I know it gives you near 200 bhp but what about 0-60 times....how much faster are they ???
