Default cars misbehaving a wee bit!

my 150 cdti engined car has recently started to misbehave a wee bit whenever i slow down at junctions the revs drop as if the car iws going to stall,it never has but im thinking about booking it in for a check up just in case, also the clutch pedal is as creaky as anything though probably unrelated ,has anyone got any ideas on this before i book it in?

Hopefully it'll just be a software issue.

Sounds like an idle control valve issue also. Does the CDTi have such a thing anyone?

Possibly egr or swirl flap but you really need to get it checked out. there is no ICV on these engines. Also creaky pedal could probably do with a bit of lubrication around the clutch return spring (remove the spring and place a blob of grease on either end)

Had very creaky clutch pedal, got Vx to change the pedal box under warranty. Go and have a good whinge.
Glad you like the car, apart from a few reliability issues I cant remember when I last enjooyed driving so much, just love that mid-range torque.
