Wouldn't give that particular AC Dundee Vx Dealer the time of day. Been there so many times (work vehicles) and also family too and each and every time they do not fail to disappoint!! Got to be THE WORST dealership you can ever come across.
I have always found the Vx in Perth to good though.
Now Vauxhall at Staples Corner, north London. The guy at the parts counter didn't seem too bothered about serving his customer - me. When he did, things went down hill quickly. He could not seem to find the parts I needed to connect my thermostat housing to the top of my radiator, despite his computer full of diagrams, etc.! When he thought he'd found the O rings, he sold me one of the two because the other one in the packet (they come in pairs, apparently) was missing, which was not shown on the inventory system. It was the wrong O ring anyway!
I bought an oil filter for my 3.2 whilst I was there. It has turned out to be the incorrect item! Of course, I only found out after I had flushed the engine, dropped the oil and then removed the old filter, so had no transport! So over an hour's walk later, I returned home. I fitted the Halfords filter and filled the engine with oil within half an hour or less.
Anyway, Now Vauxhall will be getting a sternly worded email from me and a request for a refund for my non-fitting parts. NOT IMPRESSED.

Evans Halshaw Luton
Arthurs of Oswestry - nearly killed my car, had no idea of problem, were guessing at my expense, condemned ECU but I refused to pay the £1000+ for fitted replacement, NOTHING WRONG with ECU! Absolutely no idea!
Any recent feedback on Peter Vardy Vauxhall in Aberdeen?
I've found a couple of comments via google and it doesn't paint the best picture tbh, wondered if anyone local could give their tuppence worth
Sherwoods Northallerton - when I lived up that way took my car in for a winter free health check, and after they told me my car was death trap and shouldn't be on the road, never mind it had just passed its MOT the week previous (with only 1 advisory for a stretch in the windscreen). They reckoned the brakes were shot and it needed £1500 quid work of on the rear suspension. haha nice try lads. then they tried to sell me a basic entry level corsa.
