Have you taken the parcel shelf out to see if it's not the tailgate thats rattling?

I initially thought my Parcel shelf was rattling, but it turned out to be the tailgate instead.

nope its defo the shelf took wife to work minus shelf no rattle

Was worth a try. This happened to me and it turned out to be the tailgate.
Does it rattle if somebody is sitting in the back. ?

Are both the little rubber stops present on the boot edge of it mate? Mine have fell out a couple of times
