    Nooooooooooooooooooooooo!!! Talk about Sod's Law!!!!

Refurbs vary from place to place, but if you look around I think you can get them for £40-50 per wheel and still have a good job done. A neighbour, with an Astra with the same wheels as me, had his done by some place around here and he was happy with the result, and was £40 a wheel I think. I didn't inspect them closely, but if you have no luck where you are let me know and I can investigate further.

As you've bought the Halfords thing, I suppose you could always give it a go? If you make a hash of it then you go for the refurb option. Although, you could just take the kit pack, assuming it's unopened, and put that money towards a refurb.

Bl00dy Hell, I think that beats Brocks !!

They should sell these wheels pre-curbed.... saves you the hassle of driving off to look for one

Sorry to hear it mate, gutted for you. Why don,t they make all kirbs angled 45degrees like some of them we have around here, they are alloy wheel friendly.

    OMG
That is such bad luck J. Although the damage doesn't look too bad, don't know if I would get it refurbed for that.
Good luck with the repair kit and remember park at least 1' away from the kerb from now on!

My car is regularly parked 6 inches away from the kerb, as i reckon it will be cheaper to ge a new mirror if it gets clouted than a new wheel if i damage one!
