Hmm I wonder how easy it would be to replace the actual loom with the one that comes with a BT enabled car.

    I might just get a Parrot CK3200

    Default wiring harnes

Some vectra/signums from model year 05 come with the bluetooth multi plug fitted in the harness.
mine is an 05 signum and has it.
If you take out the glove box and look at the right hand side of the opening the plug is taped to the main harness running up from behind the heater panel up towards the display. It has a black plug about 50mm long and an antenna cable.
As far as i can work out the GID or CID is needed to display the phone book.

Should be here today . I have 2 phones so i'm gonna get another car charger and modify them, hardwire them into the car and run them out to the armrest.

Then i'm gonna make some kind of mount to hold the phones in place in the armrest.

Should be good when it's finished.

Not got a pic, but I believe it fits behind the small grill thingy next to the ultrasonic sensors by the rear view mirror. As to working, unless someone can get the specs for the mic, it'll be a £25 experiment Let us know what happens.

Similar to other posters, this has got to be worth checking as it would be a good upgrade.

Also agree with Leeds Vectra that the thingy on the cup holders is a waste of time.
