Default Cd 70 B/T car kit and cradle

    Hello

I have a shiney new 57 plate 1.9 150ps vectra design estate. I'm very happy with the car and have been using the built in bluetooth car kit no probs but I have now managed to get hold of a phone cradle for my Nokia 6021 which clips on to the cradle plate thing (where the cup holders should be). The problem is it does not seem to work, it does not charge the phone or anything, do I need to enable this cradle some how? I have turned the bluetooth off but then I have no menus to set the phone up in any other way??

Any help would be much appreciated.

No you don't have to enable something and you don't have to switch bluetooth off... have a look if there isn't any dust between the contacts of the phone, the cradle or the print plate

All looks clean and tidy to me, have a feeling that the phone kit was previously fitted in an Audi! but fits fine all contacts line up and the 2 buttons on the cradle light up but thats it. maybe it's not compatable, you would think that they were a generic footprint wouldnt you?

They are both made by Cullman/Paragon Fidelity but they are constructor specific; the Opel/Vx -cradles have no buttons; the one for the 6021 has
93 199 332 on a black label on the back.
If its is a number starting with 8P0... or 8D0... it is Audi
