Getting rid of the CAt will give you a few more Hp but everytime you go for an MOT you will have to fit the cat back on....

well, the cat is off and the courtney sport panel filter is on. Masive difference in throttle response and sounds a lot meatier!!

Well beleiev it or not it still passes emissons tests (The two Mani-Cats seem to handle the emissions!!

All good!! just looking into a superchip now to top it all off!!

Still watch the MOT as the testers know how many cats you should have.....

I'd also watch regarding back pressure loss and tripping your diagnostic sensor, their are ways around this by fitting diodes (shokkty) but be carefull don't attempt unless 100% aware of what doing.

well my MOT tester said that it passed emissions ok... he said it didnt matter how many cats are there (or not in my case) as long as it passes the test!!

Regarding the back pressure loss... ??? This is not as critical for a non-turbo Car. Back pressure from the exhaust system on a turbo controls/ assists in maintaining a constant boost pressure. In a non-turbo car .. its straight out the cylinders and out the back end!!
Plus there's no diagnostic sensors (that im aware of) to monitor exhaust/ manifold pressure. There's just the Two oxygen/lambda sensores after the Manicats and thats the lot. Its been a couple of weeks now and no trouble what so ever!!

lol or i may stand corrected ..... I'll ait for the reply's!!

Always go back to that tester if he's happy with it. I have to change the exhaust every year on the Delta..
