Thieving little scrote's!!

Every night for the last god knows how long, i have managed to get my car parked right outside the house(Dont have the luxury of a driveway), and since i have had my new wheels, i have made double sure its outside the house and in vew all the time!

Last nigt, for the first time in months, i parked it 2 doors up as there was no room outside my house, i wake up this morning to go to work at 4am and found some little scrote has stoen all 4 of my chrome dustcaps!!!(yes i do check the wheels at 4am!)

I am not best impressed!

I phoned the Police, just for some advice, and they basically laughed down the phone at me. When i told them they might cost £20 to replace, they just said tough, So i informed them that if i mug someone for £20 it doesnt really matter, as its the same sort of thing, STEALING! The then told me if i mug someone its a serious offence, and what, Stealing bits off car's isnt!!

It was dustcaps last night, what's next, The Wheels!!

Thieving little F***ers, sorry to hear that mate,

I've given up putting chrome caps on mine as the little twits just take them off again and again.

It's usually school kids who swap them with their mates

I have calmed down a lot, at 4am this morning, i was al for banging on the doors of the parents to tellthem what their little brats had been up to..

Problem is though, its winter now, so its dark early but kids stil go out to play and its easier to do these things in winter and not get caught!

get locking ones - at least it makes it a bit more difficult for them! The ones I have, have got a locking centre and the outer just goes round and round!

Erm... phone the police back... there are 2 potential offences there "theft from motor vehicle" and "vehicle interference".

The chances of them catching anyone is slim to none, unless someone admits it, but tell them that you want it recorded as a crime. It needs to be recorded if only to let the local beat manager, or local policing unit, know what is going on on their patch.

Don't take no for an answer!

If anyones interest, at Kwik Fit for an extra £1 per wheel they will fit chrome valves for you.

Sorry to hear about this Ben, it's a very annoying thing to happen.

Part of the problem is that you cant actually speak to anyone at Leighton Buzzard Nick, it all goes thru Dunstable, who dont actually give 2 f*cks what goes on in L/B, so just fob you off to get you off the phone!

Ask them if they have a copy of the Home Office Crime Recording Standards!!! Or pop into your local nick and report it over the counter.

The latter would be better!!!

Devise a way of running 40,000 volts through the car when it's locked, that'll stop people touching what's not theirs.

Remember years ago a bloke with a Sierra Cosworth did it and surprise surprise, he got nicked for GBH or something, while the toerag who tried to nick it got off scott free!!

Says it all really doesn't it!
