Well after this....

I'm still here.

This morning I was well brown trousering it....but now I can say with :cough: confidence that I am qualified to jump off a perfectly seviceable high sided Jetty!

At 1130 this morning I was politely asked to throw myself into a salt water lake....And since they asked so nicely....I DID!!!!

The worst bits.....

1. Realising our company had tagged onto a navy class of students who were "up for it"
   
2. The leap off the platform and realising Gravity was now in control!
   
3. Sitting in the raft wanting to remove the visor but not being allowed to until every one was aboard. - Very hot very Claustraphobic
4. Still having the taste of salt (water) in me mouth

Best Bits

1. Realising that the clothes under the immersion suit were not getting wet either by sources external or internal!
   
2. The 3/4 scale MES---No use to me in work, but I know how to disembark a cross channel ferry PDQ!
   
3. Trying to done a survival suit in 2.5 minutes to the Guiness Tune...And failing!
   
4. Early Finish
