    Default part number 93176121?

picked up my new car last week ( 06 plate 1.8 with 22k on the clock ), my wife drives it every day to work, so I only get to polish it and use it on weekends. But on Sunday I noticed a low rumble sort of noise from the rear brakes. My wife reckons it only happens occaissionally and usualy when starting off ( when cold ).
When I picked it up the garage said they had changed this part number, is it a case of new pads bedding in?Is the code for the rear brakes? or could it be something else?

The noise was after they put on these pads? How would you describe the rumble? When does it do it etc. If it was a squealing then I'd say they hadn't copper greased the backings, but trying to suss what you mean by a rumble.
