Default Alloys for latest Vectra, what size info

    Hi,

Looking to upgrade to alloys and currently have steel rims fitted with 215 55 R16 93H tyres.

What i want to do is get some tyre-less alloys and swap off these tyres to the new alloy rims but what alloys will fit my car?

Had a look on fleebay and sellers are quoting figures eg. 5x 110, 7.5J etc..

I've looked at the sticky that has a link to sizes and i see that i need the 5 stud 110PCD, offset between 35-45 but also shows a bore of 65, which no one mentions.

Can anyone give me the correct rim sizes and all necessary figures, so that i can determine whether alloys are going to be correct before i buy them and treck many miles to pick them up?

Here is a link to some i'm interested in...

    http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...MEWA:IT&ih=010

    Will these be ok?

Also while i'm at it can i upgrade my stock "exclusive" suspension springs with say springs from an SRI and still use the stock shock absorbers, don't want much lowering either.

    TIA

All the figures you have quoted are correct m8.
    110mm PCD 5 stud
    35-45mm offset
    65mm centre bore.

Sri springs will fit but you would be advised to fit the shockers to match too It will be approx 30mm lower if you fit SRi springs

    Cheers C,

What does the bore size mean as this is never quoted in listings?

Will the alloys in the listing i posted fit?

Bore size is the centre of the wheel where it fits on to the hub. Those wheels have probably come off a Vec B but should fit.

"IF" you don't manage to get a set with the correct centre bore, and say its BIGGER than expected you can buy what are called spigot rings......
TBH if you go for pretty much any 16" VX rims you "should" be ok

I have a set of SRi springs up for grabs if you need a set. They came off my 2006 SRi which had only done 15,000 mls, as i've dropped her onto Pi's.

    Let me know.
