supposed to be superb - just be careful though, it supports the new 3.5G HSDPA data transfer service and that's been causing some teething problems.
I have a K800i, on the up side battery life seems good, the camera 3.2mp is superb, the only downsides are big fingers aren't that helpful navigating and the thing doesn't lock completely, all you get is boot up locks and keylock.
RTQ, VV......
k850i not k800i
I dont like the sony's sorry. Is the N95 the only nokia available to you on upgrade.
SE phones have brilliant battery life. Something the Nokias do not.
I carry my mobile in my trouser pocket and the N95 is a little too big for this. Saying that, regardless of the lock and safety feature my SEW850i still manages to ring out without my input and this can hammer your contract minutes and upset your friends
It really is horses for courses and depends on what you want from a phone. MP3 player or camera..... Ability to load Sat Nav .... battery life etc
Avoid the N95 now that its replacement is out. It looks similar but it's better in so many ways:
A revision of the N95, called N95 8GB, was announced on August 29 2007 and began shipping on October 15 2007
The changes compared to the regular version are:
- 8GB internal flash memory
- Larger display (2.8", up from 2.6")
- MicroSD slot removed
- 128MB RAM, up from 64MB
- 1200mAh battery, up from 950mAh
- Slider protecting camera lens removed to make room for the larger battery
- Cosmetic changes to media and front-panel buttons
I have An N95 8GB, Its ok but not a whole lot different to the normal N95 i had before, Ive never been keen on Sony phones so i don't even look at them, Im now looking at getting the soon to be released Nokia palm size all in one, I thinks its the N810 or Nokia 810
