Whats this "allen key" trick to adjusting headlights thing?

Read it a few times here ( or at least mentions of it within a few threads ).

Whats this little trick as far as adjusting headlight beam aim goes?.

Most folk seem to think it makes quite a substantial difference?.

on each lamp, just behind the slam panel, there are 2 white nylon allen adjusters...thse won't help the beam brightness at all, but if they alignment is out it may well help with the pattern...drop into your local MOT centre and drop a fitter a tenner to align it as best as MOT laws allow..

Is this applicable to facelift models too mark cause by dipped beam aim is pish

yep, the adjusters are still fitted to these lights as well Steven..

anyone tried these new + 90 percent bulbs ? seen them in auto express, I had Osram Silverstar + 50 percent in the Vectra and they were great. The Astra's headlights are only OK so I wouldn't mind an upgrade.
