Does £282 for four 18" 11 spoke alloys to be refurbished and done in charcoal / anthracite seem a fair price

down here, they are normally £45-£60 if you take the wheels to them, or if it's a mobile guy then that price isn't bad at all..it's only £60+V per whell after all..so depending on the damage it's not overly priced..
