hi m8 take the rear wheel off and you will see the lower arm undo the nut and bolt (18mm) and then leaver the arm down and the spring is free to
resembly do it in reverse good luck

    nearly safe....

raise and support the car approx 14 inches high under the subframe on axle stands..

Place a trolleyjack under the lower alloy arm and take up the tension, then using an E18 socket and 18mm ringspanner undo the lower crossbolt and remove it, then gently let the trolley jack off.. the lower arm may need a little levering to help it fall, but you want to control the springs extension with the jack's retreat..

when the arm is down, pull it off the isolating rubbers and change the spring

jack the arm up into position and reinsert the crossbolt..tighten the nut and bolt and then replace the roadwheel and the job is done...safely.....
