Paint code for vxr red

I am getting my truck resprayed next week and am after it being all red but want a real red colour!!
I am I right in thinking the vxr red is flame red?? if so what is the code/name for the paint so I can let the chap at the bodyshop know if not it will end up being post office red!!

Just checked on vaux website and if you select a vxr in red it says on the picture vxr shown in Flame Red.

What about phoneing you local VX dealer and ask him if he can find out the paint code.

the phone lines are down at the moment ed have tried 3 different dealers and they are asking for reg number!!

What about VX head office?? maybe they could help if you told them why you need the paint code.

cannot really see them helping out as I am spraying a truck and to add its a DAF nothing to do with vauxhall
just need someone with a flame red motor for the code !!!

Try putting up a thread asking For the paint code for Flame Red as to the VXR paint code. I don,t know if they do Flame Red on a non VXR though.

The missus Brand new Astra is Power Red. Same as the Astra VXR.

She's at work but I can PM you the Reg. if that helps.
