    Default Radical style rim

    Everyone,

Do you like the unusual rim on my car? I'm thinking of swapping them all 1 by 1, these are really cheap to buy.

The only problem will be getting the power down, cornering, braking & load carrying, otherwise ok.

I think you agree it looks quite stylish

Hope the image thingy works, I've never used it before.

lol what a coincidence, went out the car this morning and I needed to apply the same "mod" to the same wheel! 3 inch nail right through the centre of me rear left Goodyear! Fixed at my local friendly tyre place for £7.50, only in 30 mins

Isn't that funny. I've got the same 'unusual rim' as well. tell you what Ion, I'll let you have my one so that you have a matching pair - just let me have your current spare then!!

If you fitted them both to the front, you'd have a dragster look to the car! PMSL

It certainly is............it still doesn't look rite to me

And with regard to the space savers being safe.............they do have a problem in that they have about 60psi in them which means that grip, braking and cornering are compromised........hence the speed restriction......IMHO

    Bryan

PS they have the higher pressure to account for the space saver being smaller i.e if your wheels are 16" then the space saver will be a 15"......just some trivia for you!

If like Bainie says you can fit a full size alloy in the boot, why do they still put a space saver in....... Cost?????
