How come? I've recently changed the first one on mine, and it was very easy. Passenger side dipped.

3 1/2 years old and 76K on it. And the only other one to go was a number plate bulb about 2 months ago.

since having the vec it's been through approx. 4 dipped beam bulbs (two on each side) and the same amount of sidelights (not that they're include in the Lidl deal, but still), aswell as a brake light.

3 yrs old with 50k on the clock, but the above is all in the past two years of ownership

I think H1 is facelift main beam (H7 on pre-facelift) H4 is dual-filament dipped/main beam as used mostly on older cars like the Mk3/4 Astra. HTH

H1 main beam, H7 dip beam, don't think the H4 is used on Vectra's as its main / dip in one, but could be wrong.

Bought some H1 and H7's last year as my H6 seemed to eat them, put them in the back and they are yet to be used now transferred to the Vec.
