    Default gear knob

    hi does anybody know where i can get a gear knob for a facelift 1.8 sri .The only ones i can seem to find are for the six speed box your help please

    Richbrook do a 5-speed one and irmscher probably do one aswell. Or you could go to the stealers if it's a standard replacement your looking for.

    hi mark seen the richbrook one not sure about it cold in the winter like the irmy one but cannot find one who could i try also will mine come off the same as the one in the how 2s

    Irmscher_Bits have got the handbrake, it says for 2.2DTi and the GSi which are 5 speed so I don't see why it wouldn't fit yours as I'm positive the gear knobs are all the same. Yes the How-2 should work as I think they are all the same unless there is any obvious diffirences on your gear knob?

    Also have a look through this discussion thread for the how-2 as some people have raised some other ideas.

    Hi Johnny, I just ordered a 6 speed Gearknob to replace my leather VXR gearknob found the stitching very annoying, Anyway Dave at Irmscher bits
    gave me the link below, i ordered it on friday with a matching handbrake cover and they arrived yesterday, and its defo a 6speed..

    EDIT:- Just re read and its not a 6speed your after.. Ignore me, im having a blonde moment..!!

    Watch eBay like a hawk, Irmscher UK have been selling a few off on there lately for about £30 BIN. Or you may be able to contact them and order one directly.
