Default Sat Nav and Road Angel Question

Hi all new to all this so I'm sorry if this has been mentioned/requested before. I'm wondering if anybody knows a good or easy way to hardwire my road angel and sat nav into the cars electrics so that they only work when the ignition is turned on. I dont know if that sounds a bit out there or not possible but any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Cheers,

    David

I have the Road Angel Navigator & it has to be powered by the supplied cig lighter plug/cable - I piggy backed another socket off the original lighter socket wiring, hid it under the centre console & fed the wire round to the screen on the drivers side. It sticks out enough to attach it to the windscreen mount when fitted. It's neat & does the job

The Road Angel Nav only uses the ignition feed to keep the backup battery charged
