    Angry Cats on Bonnets

Whats the best way of keeping cats off your bonnet?
Just discovered 4 fairly deep 5inch long claw scratches down my front wing, accompanied by lots of muddy cat prints.
Obviously the clumsy bugg3r slipped, I know which one it was but because I generally like cats, air-rifle is not an option.

if you don't wanna spray the ******s every time you see them then its a case of getting a dog. Happens more and more this time of year as a warm bonnet is a nice thing for them in the winter.

Winter blues that is, you arrive and park up the warm engine, cat senses it and makes itself comfortable.

Well, he did say that air rifle wasn't an option.

Could use a proper rifle even.

If you get close enough with the shotgun, there will not be able shot hitting the bonnet, just lots of bits of dead cat !

We've got two cats who never been on the bonnet of my Vec C but were always on the B we had previously LOL

Cats hate anything citrous, try a screenwash or bumper cleaner which smells of lemon/orange etc - they hate it and will stay away.
