The badge and silver-v were both replaced, although I have to admit that I didn't do it personally!

MattB, just called the stearlers : Evans Halshaw !! and they wanted £63 + for the VX badge

Do you know if you can get a VX badge on its own or is it easy enough to transfer it from Silver grille to painted grille ?

You can transfer the badge over, I did on both of my cars. You should not pay more than about £38-£40 for the VXR promed V though.

Thanks, will do that over the weekend, I've just picked up the painted grille for the bodyshop, had the car supagaurded yesterday along with the grille as it was in the boot, it feels silky smooooooth,
