    Question Interior valet

Just been to Smart Car valeting www.valetit.com to book the vec in for a full interior valet which has come up at £59.99 !

Is that price about right or is it me just being 'tight' ?

Anyway, it's booked in for monday.

I would think that price would be about right if you think of the time involved, the equipment used and travel costs etc.

Travel costs are on my side as i'm taking it to them.
To be fair, they'll have it all day so when the interior has dried, if there are still any marks, then they can have another go at them.

I don't know what state the interior is in, but if they are going to do a full job it will take a good 2-3 hours - would you want to do all of that for the minimum wage? I thought not...

Also they have to factor in premises costs, power, lighting, public/professional liability insurances, business rates etc etc

Sorry, not having a go - just having one of those days and I run my own business etc etc

I would guess that is about right for the interior. I should imagine a complete valet/detail inside and out would cost around £250-300 for a professional like the some of the guys on DW.

Bring it to me! I used to valet taxis every week for a few years, and you can imagine the work involved in them!
