Well... what a day at the races. (Met up with MickeyC as well.... Nice meeting up again Mickey...)

Went to Thruxton Race Circuit today for the finals in the BTCC Championship. The heat was on between Jason Plato (Seat) and Fabrizio Giovanardi (Vauxhall) as there were only a few race points seperating them from the championship.....

It was always going to be an 'interesting' race as both men were determined to win (almost at any cost !!!)

Fantastic shots there, especially of the Army Air Corps Blue Eagles Helicopter display team. I saw Race 1 and 2 but missed 3, who won? what is the points difference now as they were separated by 1 when I set off back to Middle Wallop from North Yorkshire. I saw some fantastic cars on the road that were clearly returning from Thruxton.
