from the lady last night, for too much time on the internet in the evenings. I tried "its educational", and "but I have my online buds", "you know how much I love talking about cars". No joy. As she doesn't drive I can't get her that interested.....

So, shall I leave her?

well she obviously has no respect for your happiness so i'd say dump her. Either that or say 'look, if i wasnt on the net talking cars, i'd only be out round the pub chatting the barmaids up. Im doing this FOR US'..... should work. Either that or you'll be single. Either way, mission accomplished.

hi m8 your not alone my wife has said the same ive to stop buying mods for the vec and get of the computer but she likes the car so i say i am doing it for here so she can look good going to the shops in the veccy? but i can only use this excuse for so long

Well Andy I just read this to her, and she has backed down. She's running scared mate. She said "it was just the other night because I hadn't seen you all week". Then I did my impression of nasty Trevor from eastenders "eh mo, you wanna beet a ruff and tumble????" (Say it in Scottish Accent).

Time on forums in exchange for cleaning, detailing and servicing her car.
Seems to work.......................just haven't got to mention Vicki Butler Henderson around the house though or the computer would go through the window followed by me !!!!
