I have a 1.8 SXI, which is basically an SRI.
I usually get around 32 miles per gallon average every week (mainly motorway driving)

Work it out for yourself and compare it to what your computer says, and get a shock!

Based on 60 litres fuel, and the 320 miles covered, and 97p a litre. You averaged 24.25 MPG. Wich is 18.19 pence per mile. So 12,000 miles would cost you £2,182.80

If I fill up and go straight on the mway for a long run it will do 400 miles on a tank quite easily, staying local around town is about 320/340 miles per tank.

Trip says anywhere between 32/40 MPG

that sounds about right to me, i do pretty much only town driving with a heavy foot at times where i can, and i usully refill when the needle is hovering over the red zone, usually bout 200- 250 miles and when i work out the mileage based on miles covered and fuel put in i get around 25 mpg, 30 mpg max if ive had some motorway or been a good little boy

From a full tank, I usually get around 340 miles before light comes on.

Sometimes slightly more, just depends how I've been driving
