Default Got the results back fro the Hospital

Following on from the thread I posted about me needing a some tests at the hospital I had to phone the Docs today.

First the issue. I have been experiencing a searing pain in my chest for about two years. I was asked on a scale of 1 to 10 how bad it was and I said in all honesty 10.

Even working on the missus scale whereby she takes 2 off for men and adds 2 on for woman I still scored an 8.

Next was a session of flashing lights in front of my eyes which gradually got worse to the point that I was "blind" on the left side of my field of vision.

However this still did not prompt me to go to the Docs.

Then when we were flying out to Crete I had a the chest pain to such an extent that I was seconds away from admitting all and praying that there was a doctor onboard.

This scared me enough to go to the Docs. who set up the tests at the hospital.

Well the results are 100% clear.

So for two years I've been covering up something that there was no need to cover up and what's worse if there really was an issue I'd probably left it so long it could have been a hell of a lot worse.

The flashing lights are some kind of Migraine which thinking back I may know what triggers it and the Chest pains are muscle related but I need to get the full explanation for them.

Doctor gave me a bit of a rollicking and there are some things I will have to change but nothing that is a hardship.

Most of you will have guessed that I put the original post up so that I had to go to the hospital. Didn't want to leave the chicken out route as an option.

    Thanks for the support.

Interested to know what you think it may be?

I occasionally get them from some artificial sugars (aspartine for example) or if I'm tired.

Glad to hear its nothing too serious though, after having a scare myself a few months ago I know how worrying it can be!
