03 1.8 sxi cam belt change

I'm up for having a go at getting my hands dirty changing the cambelt etc but its not something I would ever try to do on my own without help. Is there anyone on here who would be able to find the time to help me/show me/instruct me how to do this job who has experience for some sort of payment/crate of something or other? Are there particular members who I could be asking?

Any offers of help greatfully received or is this a bigger job than I think it is?
