Good to see someone getting there own over the law. Sounds like a very interesting gadget aswell.
I have a telematics system fitted to my van and for that reason if I don't speed I know I can prove it if the need comes.
The only problem is it can work both ways and it could prove that you were speeding.
And if the powers that be can see this would be in the wrong not to formally warn you or fire you.
I get paid to be on the road no matter how long it takes to get to a job. I have no reason to risk points or expense for their benefit of etting to a client 5 minutes earlier.

I like the CPS excuse "m'lud, the operator has since retired and we cannot prove to the required standard......" Why can't they just say that maybe they got it wrong? They might get a bit more respect from people
