    Thumbs up EGR Valve?????????

Can someone please tell me if this is the EGR valve from my 2003 2.0 DTI

I have no idea (why cant they just make engines simple like they used to)

Secondly can someone explain how to view wiring diagrams on TIS2000

    Many thanks

nope, thats a vacumn solenoid valve.. the EGR valve is on the top of the inlet manifold...that will have come from either of the inner wings..

    As for TIS2000, haven't got a clue...but they're on there alright..

No picture, but open the bonnet, stand in the middle of the car and look straight down at the front of the engine. Just above the exhausts, is a little metal box, with two tubes coming from it, it's held in by two torx bolts.

    Hope that helps.

Might need to whip the black 'ecotec' cover off to see it better.

thanks very much for the help.
I got this from the scrapper today in a bag of bits for £5 so that explains why it has all the extra stuff on it.
I will return tommorrow in search of the EGR.
any idea how much I should be lookin to pay?
