If you mean ripping them try Musicmatch Jukebox, older versions like 7.5 - 8 are best, if you mean just how to store them, then right click 26 times and make 26 new folders and rename them A-Z.

Got over a 1000 wma tracks in my windows player. Anyone know how I can back them up e.g can they be saved to dvd? Would be gutted if my computer crashed or got stolen and I lost them all.

What he just said. You don't need Nero though, Windows will do it all for you. Just copy and paste from your 'My Music' folder into the DVD drive.

One word of caution, if you back up to DVD, either use re-writeables or store them in a black case like the retail ones, if you use a binder or clear wallet, the disc will degrade and become unusable.

You should be able to set up a partnership with the media player - Look for the "Set up a device to sync in Windows Media Player" topic in WM help. If you are using WMP version 11 its on the "Sync" tab drop down.

Depends how many files. I've got around 35GB of music so I store the backups on an external hard drive and another computer rather than DVDs
