    Default Detailing for the winter

Phil [fil 4822] came over this afternoon, We gave our motors a prewash with a gilmour gun full of snow foam, then washed the cars, dried them then I gave mine a polish useing my Porta Cable, the polish I used was Meg,s" number 83, then I put a coat of Meg,s" number 21 sealent on, followed by a coat of Colinite 915 wax, I chose that wax due to it,s durability over the winter. Phil having polished his last weekend just added another coat of Colinite 915 wax and detailed all his trim, Now we have Two clean motors for the Meet at Gaydon tomorrow. Here are some of the photo,s of our hard work.

Thanks for popping over Phil it was nice to see you again and have another detailing day. I don,t know what the neighbours must think of me now,They think I have already lost it with the amount of time I send detailing my motor, but when I shone a halogen lamp on the paint to see if there were any swirl marks .............. well that must have realy convinced them. Mind you we had several neighbours ask can they bring their car,s down for us to do next....
