****ing Bus drivers

On my way hom from dropping the wife at work this afternoon was approaching right turn when i see a bus coming down that road ready to make a left towards me.So he pulls out turning towards me covering half my lane causing me to brake

.As profanities ensued i make the turn ,well next turn is a sharp 90 degree left hand bend as i`m approaching that one along comes another bus from opposite direction.I stopped knowning full well it`s nigh on impossible for a bus to make that bend without crossing the white line ,which he did nt CRUNCH!!! I could `ve killed the

.Out i get onto the bus where more profanities ensued.They do n`t give a f**k.
Damage could `ve been worse but i`ve got a £450 excess which i only get back if this ****** admits liablity.

not a lot of damage for a Car Vs bus Crash you got off lucky what bus company was it Stagecoach ??
most of the Buses should Have CCTV so ask the Depo for that on cd

They are a shower of %^&"£$ds but what exactly can you do?

If they are not covering junction boxes, jumping red lights and banging into our cars without giving a t"*%, they cause congestion.

Another irritating thing about them is that they have special filter lanes at traffic light and more of our roads are being lost to 'bus lanes' and 'no traffic except buses' restrictions - why?

We pay oure road tax, MOT (if car is over 3 years old) and pay for insurance - why do they get a lane and roads to themselves.

And the best bit is there are too many of them and they are never on time!!

The whole thing is b****y stupid!!

Sorry your car got the brunt of their ignorance.

NOOOOOOOOOO What a bummer mate. These Bus driver's think they own the road. They don't give a dam, it's a company bus so they don't care about anything.
It's really annoying about the excess.
Anyway mate it could have been worse. Glad to see you are OK.

you could get one of your friends to say they see this happen
the company wont fight it then.
me i used to work for stagecoach in the office years ago
on most small bumps they would just pay out

im not a bus driver and dont know any but in my experience most professional drivers - including bus drivers - are very good drivers and the larger the vehicle the better the driver. If I know a bus cant make a turn I hang back and wave them through, same for HGV's. They always acknowledge your courtesy and many times waiting to come out at a T junction a bus / hgv coming to turn into it will flash you out because they know they will have to go over the white line. Bus drivers elsewhere in the UK must be different !

Rob i have a small point to make about your comment. Bus driver's Just pullout into traffic even if a car is their or not. They are supposed to only move out if it's safe to do so. I am not at all a racist but i have seen a lot of foreign workers now driving bus's for these company's. I presume down to low wages. They have a small test and are given a huge bus to throw around our roads.

I do nt doubt they are m8 but this was not about skill , it was about a total disregard for other road users.Probably "i`m bigger than you syndrome"
I was stationary so either he was a "complete Tw@" or "5hit driver" you decide.
