Sri xp II alloys ! !

Hi all, just had a look on the VX site at the new XP II spec, seems like they have dropped the 19" wheels, and are fitting 18 " multi spoke alloys instead ! has anyone got any good pics of these wheels, they arn't to clear on the stite ! what did surprise me though, you can now order the 3.0 cdti sri with the XP II gear on it ! ! ( about time )

Take a look here, i prefer the 19" snowflakes.. The 18"s are awful.

I beleive they are using these on the XP now.

Yep. Agree. SRi XP used to be a cracking looking car, now it looks a bit 'gawky' if you know what I mean. Snowflakes were a much better idea.

I'm gonna stop reading this thread if you lot are just gonna slate my wheels!!! I've had them since before the facelift was introduced, let alone the XP!!

On others in the range, Elites, Signums etc, they look just dandy, but the XP was about being a sport model. They sit awkwardly with that IMO.

The 19" snowflakes are still available as a £400 option.
(but not on the 3.0 V6 diesel)

No effence to your wheels m8, as alloys go they are fine, but side by side with the 19's ! ride quality must be behind this size down grade, i would like to see some 18" versions of the standard 17" sri wheels.

my 07 xp has the snowflakes and im glad as the new rims do not do the car justice imo sorry if i offend you matt the snowflakes finish the car off perfectly
