Default Eggs on my car this morning GGRRRRRRRR

Went out this morning to find that someone had splattered not one but TWO eggs on my beloved Vectra

I've quickly hosed it off for now, needs a proper wash later on. I used Autoglym SRP followed by the High Gloss stuff about 3 weeks ago and I think that helped it coming off easily. Need to clean the window though

Hopefully it was just kids walking past otherwise it will be the guy over the road who doesn't like me parking outside !! I normally park on the drive but often get blocked in, our baby is due any day so have been parking in the road in case a quick gettaway is needed in the middle of the night !!

LOL, if it happens again I might get one of those little CCTV cameras and catch him in the act. If I do catch him doing it, i'll just have a little word in his ear or/and buy a dozen eggs and drop them on his bonnet

I get a little defensive myself if some of the neighbours park outside my house (whilst our cars are in the driveway) and their driveways are empty.

It seems like laziness sometimes ....

We once had a visitor to a house 15 houses away parking right outside our house for about a week ... I tried to catch the driver on a number of occassions and in the end I popped a note under the windscreen indicating that I thought that this car had been abandoned and that if it wasn't then it should park outside the premises it is visiting ... failure to remove it will result in me reporting it to the local cuncil as abandoned .... Never saw it again

I can understand that, but last night I was parked outside my own house LOL

We live on a corner and the drive is round the side, the side road is too narrow to leave the car there all night.

The last time I parked at the front of the house in the road was around May 2006 LMAO I suppose this guy who has been parking outside my house for the last 2 and abit years thinks it's his "space"

It's only until the baby arrives anyway, once the baby is here i'll be parking on the drive as normal anyway.

If you think it was him, chap on his door and explain why the car's in that space and see what reaction you get. If he goes all red faced you'll know for sure.

Aye you're right. If it is him i'll just have a chat as you say. I hope it isn't really as he doesn't seem the type, normally pass the time of day occasionally but the look he gives my car when he has to park next to it would make him a suspect. If it happens again tonight or soon, it probably isn't just kids messing about.

The worst thing was it made me a bit late for work, didn't want to leave the stuff all over the car incase it caused any damage.
