    Talking vec c finally back!!!

after 2 weeks of nothing but trouble with my car i have finally got her back and on the road!!!
    • first of all i was having the drive chain done, vx mechanic took it apart and the balance shaft chain had snapped the guides off inside the engine!(very lucky my chain didnt snap) so instead of £350 it then went to £550!! but both chains do and running like a dream!
    • wheels arrived started to fit my lowering springs (40mm all round) and noticed my rear shocks were gone, had to replace, but took two days to arrive!!
    • went to INFINITY EXHAUSTS to get my full system fitted, all done looking good, got it home and the car wouldnt go over 60mph, got it to vx and found out the cat had desintergrated. therefore new cat required £360 for the full sysyem and a further £282 for the cat and and even further £88 for fitting and new lander sensor!!
a few weeks of absolute nitemares and £2000 lighter in the pocket, but well woth it drives amazing and looks the dogs *******.

    heres the pics peeps
    before

    after

let me know what you think, thanks all

Looking very nice D those exhaust do not look that bad in the flesh, BUT they do need a good clean/polish. When you got a few mins pop around to my shop and i will give them a spit and polish for you.

Looks nice, i agree with comments about getting the exhaust to sit in slightly coser to the bumper

how much have you lowered the car? i am after the same alloys and a similar drop you see

Good effort mate looks good, I'd finish it off with caliper paint and decals and have the front splitter painted as well, zorts yer sorting out anyway, of yeah and a VXR insert for the back if it's affordable, top job.
