    it is true you will get no more power from the intercooler

    its what yo do after the intercooler that is what the intercooler is for .

    more boost = more heat
    more heat = lose of power

    so then you need the intercooler to cool more air but size of the intercooler is improtant.

    if your intercooler is to big you are going to get turbo lag and that bad
