confused engine temperature / boost / hub problems

Still havent found the fault with my vehicle but alarmingly what ever the fault is it's getting worse but still no joys in where abouts the fault is.

Question for 2.0t owners, once you have turned you car off if you leave it for say 15 - 20mins then lift the bonnet if you feel the piece of metal at the front of the car above the radiator which the bonnet catch is in does it feel red hot? Mine does, the charge inlet pipe, airbox, and other components to is this normal?

My fault is still airloss no ummff in engine think car is out of timing as only getting 13mpg at 30mph and 16mph combined which is shocking me. No ecu fault codes. The only thing I get is a sqealing noise upon passengers side front disks, and scoing. Did bang against drain begining of year is this going to be my hub, asbrakes been looked at by brake specialist and they cannot find fault, would this make my car go out of timing as am lost, if you drive it at constant speed say 70mph for 10miles the turbo boost drop's off to 4psi even if you floor it you get no more, if you then stop the car and try to pull away you get zero boost as if the actuator is open but isn't. turn the key off and restart fault goes away and then obviously comes back.
Nowhere can tell me what this is which includes 7 vx dealers in westmidlands, puma sport, vaux sport, emu racing, and other garages.

this is the list of parts I have replaced trying to fix the car just for this fault:
    ecu
    boost solenoids (again)
    ecu connectors
    battery
    alternator
    starter motor
    high canbus diagnostic port
    front disks & pads
    Maf sensor
    absolute pressure sensor
    intake air temp sensor
    water temp sensor

    on order crankshaft sensor.
    front wheel hub.

can anybody help me in either advice on what they think the fault is or someone who 100% knows about the vectra c to work upon it definately think it's electrical fault as if you turn the car off and restart fault goes away kind of but the fault comes back.
If I wanted to drive say 150miles Id have to stop at least twice and disconnect the battery before I could carry on help

Have you checked the turbo its self? is the car using any oil? To check the turbo remove the air inlet hose from the turbo and inspect the fins, give them a small tug and see if there is any movement in them. There should not be any real movement in the impellor/fins at all. Well, except to go round and round!
I don't know if there is one but does it have a charge temp sensor? if the car thinks the turbo charge temp is too high it will limit the boost and retard the timing to protect the engine.
Now I need a turbo to keep up!

I would get the cam belt/chain checked as well as it sound's like it may have jumped a tooth or two sound's like a classic timing problem wether it's mechanical or electrical !!!!

    Back in a V6 !!!!!!!!!!!! And lovin it !!!

might be charge temp sensor would look at finding were that is? Ask the other day regarding the chain and vx said they couldn't find a fault with it as it wasn't chattering nor was it jerking like kangaroo petrol was used down the road which seems fair enough.
Had brand new turbo fitted couple of months ago wondered whether faulty for ages don't see how it could but don't know alot about them. Un sure whether it's using oil?

If you have replaced the turbo then it does sound like a timing issue. Ask for the chain and cam positions to be checked against the correct settings. As for the oil use just check the oil level. It would have been another indicator of the turbo being u/s thats all, but I doubt that now you say its been changed. Again, check the chain. As for the charge temp sensor, I have no idea where it is, sorry
Now I need a turbo to keep up!
